It's Been Awhile

Just looked at the calendar and it has been two weeks since I posted. Just been busy planting flowers and my hanging plants and then when night comes I just want to be in bed. Today I was outside a good share of the day but it was warm and sunny. I need to start tackling the weeds.

My card I made (the first in two weeks also) is for my son and daughter in law. They live on the top of a 7,300 foot mountain and have a great view of the Sangre De Christo Mountains in Southern Colorado.

Cardstock used is Ponderosa Pine, Desert Sand and Indian Corn Blue. Stamps are Raccoon and Friends from CTMH and Art Impressions. Ribbon is from JoAnn's (the 99 cent spools). Stamp pads are Pepperwood and Ponderosa Pine. To make the snow on the mountain I used CTMH's Fun Flock. The elk is raised with pop dots.

You're right, Sylvia! Your card is great!!! Before I had a blog, I just chucked whatever I was doing and quit. Now, I keep on trying so I have something to post. Hope you find more time to stamp soon!! Take care.
